He has over 30 years’ experience in the evaluation of new media products and services, using the full range of methodologies deployed by i2, successfully disseminating results within both academic and industrial environments. Noemi Ponzoni

Noemi Ponzoni is a research and cultural insights professional with 7+ years of experience in helping the creative sector build audience-minded, culturally intelligent strategies. Before joining the lab, Noemi worked in the insights team at Reddit and Penguin Random House, where she established herself as mixed-methods research lead interested in decoding shifts in media, technology, and culture – and how they interact with current and future audience mindsets. -
Lewis Turner-Brown

Lewis is i2’s quant specialist, with over 5 years of experience as an i2er, having graduated from Goldsmiths University of London with a 1st Class Psychology with Management degree. Lewis’s research interests centre on marketing and consumer behaviour. Since December 2018, Lewis has immersed himself in i2 media research’s work on evaluating audience experience of immersive media, with a particular focus on our quant research methods. When he’s not conducting audience research at our partners’ exhibition venues, Lewis can either be found at his desk conducting literature reviews, statistical analyses and report writing, in the lab using i2’s VR and Spatial Computing kit – or at the gym.

Anna Stewart

Anna brings over 6 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and analysis and has worked on several evaluation and strategic research-based projects at i2 media. She facilitates workshops, focus groups, 1-1 interviews and participatory research as well as handling client management and presentation delivery. With a strong background in interdisciplinary research across industry, academia, and community settings, Anna has contributed to a variety of impactful projects such as evaluating immersive theatre experiences for primary school children (2024) and co-developing a science-backed mindfulness app prototype for individuals with anxiety (2023).

Emma Maier

Emma Maier is a researcher and behavioural science specialist with 20 years’ experience of applied research, project leadership, evaluation and content creation. Her current research interests include gamification and targeting behaviour change techniques to improve wellbeing and sustainability. During her career, she has focused on social policy, social change, influence and decision-making. She is able to take a helicopter view, understand and lead multidisciplinary teams, and cross-pollinate learning, skills and methods to accelerate progress and impact. Her experience spans market research, new product development, editorial research and academic research.

Jodie Pearton

Jodie has over 3 years research experience as part of an audience insight team at Royal Holloway, University of London. During which she specialised in MVP testing in the AR/VR industry. Jodie has a particular love for interviews, focus groups and presenting. Some of Jodie's most notable involvements include a VR mindfulness/art hyrbid, Instagram filters for educational purposes as well as AR and VR work with Factory 42.

Arina is a researcher with 4+ years of experience in applying psychology to solve challenges for clients from a variety of industries, including technology, finance, insurance, luxury goods, and government. Her research interests include cognitive psychology in product development, customer experience optimisation, and the intersection of arts and sciences. She manages day-to-day of research projects, conducts literature reviews, facilitates primary research studies, and synthesizes insights from a mix of data sources. Outside of the office, she can be found at one of London’s art exhibitions or taking strolls in a park.
