Jonathan Freeman is invited speaker at the Inputs/Outputs Conference, an interdisciplinary event that brings together academics from science and media, performance art and game design practitioners to facilitate discussion and collaboration around the subject of engagement, immersion and presence in performance and HCI. 



In his talk titled: "The Human as the Sensor in the Machine: Addressing Big Data" Jonathan will present the work he has conducted around responsive environments using i2's cutting edge methodologies to measure and infer user states, finding  application in the areas of education, science and retail (i.e., internet of things).
